Eating Rainbow is a backyard vegan garden cooperative committed to growing food for our community in need. Formed in response to the pandemic, ERGC is a completely donation based operation, which allows the produce we grow to be distributed to a diverse group of people in our community. We believe that access to nutrient-rich food grown from our earth is a right that all humans deserve.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, we are unable to keep our farmstand, Little Free Pantry & seed swap box on our rented property and currently looking for a fitting location to relocate them. If you have any suggestiong, please email us. Currently closed, so stay tuned until it reopens elsewhere. If there's one thing 2020 taught us, it's to stay on your toes, and be ready to pivot for unexpected changes and challenges. We are hoping it will be bigger and better elsewhere.
